"Greener than a tree frog"

Our building components are a panelized steel and foam system. Materials are all-mineral content: totally non-toxic. Unlike timber cavity wall construction, walls, roofs, and floors do not support: fungus, bacteria, mold, mildew, termites, insects, fire, or rot. Materials are non combustible; design conforms to UL listed assemblies for 1 and 2 hr fire attenuation, zero gas or smoke emissions, no contribution to flame.

Custom Panels: The panel components are available to meet most specifications, from 12 to 20 gauge and from 3.5” to 12” in thickness. The components can be used in most residential and commercial construction and manufactured to meet clients standards.

Panelized Packages : Complete panelized packages are available for residential applications. Packages include floor systems (as applicable), exterior insulated panels, interior panels, and roof trusses or panels. These packages can be designed and manufactured from client plans or can be chosen from our stock selections.

Roof Truss Systems: In addition to the practical purposes they serve, such as reliably supporting your structure, roof trusses do deserve careful consideration. The environmental impact of steel trusses will appeal to your green side. You can act locally and think globally because steel trusses use resources wisely. Trusses are engineered using smaller pieces, the majority being 2" cap profile, which work together to support the roof. By utilizing recycled steel no lumber needs to be harvested from our precious old-growth forests.

Floor Truss Systems: Floor truss systems are engineered structural components assembled from steel members, connector plates and other mechanical fasteners. The truss members form a semi-rigid structural framework and are assembled such that the members form triangles. Most builders are familiar with roof truss systems, but may not realize the advantages of a manufactured floor truss system.

The benefits of manufactured steel floor truss systems are many. Floor trusses can span great distances, creating larger open spaces below unobstructed by columns and partitions. Also, the open web design allows for the trusses to accommodate plumbing, electrical and HVAC chases in most situations.

The truss systems are quicker and easier to install than traditional floor joists, and because they're manufactured in controlled environments from steel, there's less chance of warping, shrinking, and twisting as with lumber. Manufactured steel floor truss systems also save timber resources.

Floor Panel Systems: Floor panels are created from structural steel members with integrated EPS foam and can support either conventional wooden decking, or steel decking with lightweight concrete. Panels are available in widths of up to 8' and lengths of up to 50'.

Acoustical Panels: Noise generated by road and highway traffic is fast becoming one of the largest environmental problems worldwide. As urban and residential sprawl encounters heavier and heavier traffic loads on nearby roads and highways, residents and communities are demanding better noise abatement from their local officials and DOT's.

The acoustical barrier system effectively provides road noise reduction for:

  • Truck Noise
  • Highway Noise
  • Pavement Noise
  • Toll Road Noise

While standard reflective products like concrete and brick have been the traditional material for highway sound/noise barrier walls, the design of the foam and steel acoustical barrier system represent a cost effective noise abatement option. Additionally, the acoustical barrier system is extremely lightweight, making it an ideal option for weight-sensitive applications like bridges where other materials are just too heavy. The acoustical barrier system is adaptable to many exterior finish options.

Commercial Panel Systems: Commercial projects need new energy efficient, time saving materials and methods to help with the rising insurance and labor costs and to facilitate green building requirements.

FASTA panels are engineered and custom manufactured to give you control over every aspect of your project: from design and timelines, to materials and costs, and ultimately the quality of the finished project.

With their versatility, strength, cost effectiveness, and energy efficiency, FASTA panels are ideal for a wide range of commercial project applications. Every panel is custom made according to your specifications and drawings, so you get exactly what you need for your project.

Special Purpose Panels: Special purpose panels are available as single or double sided and can be used for purposes such as temporary aircraft hangers, Military barracks, compound enclosures, etc. These panels can also be treated with a secondary process that renders the material resistant to small caliber munitions.
